National CAPACD advances equity and creates vibrant, healthy neighborhoods by mobilizing and strengthening a powerful coalition of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander community-based organizations working in low-income communities.
Asian & Pacific Islander American Health Forum
APIAHF is the oldest and largest health advocacy organization working with Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) communities across the nation, in the US Territories, and with the USaffiliated Pacific jurisdictions. By providing policy and political analysis, research and data support, and effective communications strategies, APIAHF supports local AANHPI communities to have an influence on local, state, and national policy. By providing grants, training, technical assistance, and consulting, APIAHF is a source of key resources so that communities can mobilize and grow stronger in their coalitions and organizational structures.

Chinese for Affirmative Action
Chinese for Affirmative Action (CAA) was founded in 1969 to protect the civil and political rights of Chinese Americans and to advance multiracial democracy in the United States. Today, CAA is a progressive voice in and on behalf of the broader Asian and Pacific American community. In 2013, CAA founded Asian Americans for Civil Rights & Equality (AACRE) to address the rapidly changing landscape of Asian American activism in the Bay Area. Already serving as a fiscal sponsor for pivotal groups like the Alliance of South Asians Taking Action (ASATA), API Equality – Northern California (APIENC), now known as Lavender Phoenix (LavNix), Asian Prisoner Support Committee (APSC), and Hmong Innovating Politics (HIP), CAA built these efforts into a dynamic network.
