The Cisco Foundation has launched a disaster response campaign to benefit responders in Southeast Asia/ANZ: Asian Women's Welfare Association, Blue Dragon Children's Foundation, Foodbank NSW & ACT, Food from the Heart, International Federation of Red Cross & Red Crescent Societies, International Medical Corps, Lifeline Australia, New Hope Community Services, Pertubuhan Rumah Kebajikan Seri Cahaya Pulau Pinang, Singapore Red Cross Society, The Food Bank Singapore, the UN Foundation (supporting WHO), Yayasan Salam Malaysia, and Youthline Auckland Charitable Trust. The Cisco Foundation will match eligible donations up to $10,000 per employee. Donations will not be counted toward employees' annual $25,000 match limit. **Note on Tax Deductibility: This fund may include organizations based in the US, and in other countries. US employees who make a credit card donation will receive a receipt for tax deductibility for the portion of the donation contributed to US organizations. Employees outside the US will not be able to receive a receipt for tax deductibility for credit card donations to organizations in this fund.**

Giving back to our communities is a big part of our APJC Systems Engineering (SE) culture. Given the current pandemic environment we are all navigating, we have been unable to physically come together and make a difference within the communities we live and work in. This APJC SE Supporting Children Welfare Fund was set up to empower our teams to raise funds for deserving charities from the comfort of our own homes, while celebrating the unique talents of our very own gifted superstars within SE peers. Each of these charities has been selected in recognition of the wonderful work they do to help and support children. We hope you will give as much as you can, and let's all have fun in the process, as one APJC SE team.

Team, as we close out another year and we we look to the holiday season where we can spend time with our family and friends, there is no better time or opportunity to give back to those in need and less fortunate than ourselves. Cisco A/NZ are coming together nationally to raise funds for 9 charitable organisations. There's never a better time to give a little love to your communities. Every donation counts and will be spilt between our chosen charities.

In June, the Cisco New Zealand team is taking part in a challenge to do 3,139 push-ups in 24 days. That's 131 per day!! We are helping to shine the light on lives lost to suicide and raise awareness of mental health.
